Microsoft Software Assurance is canceled

UPDATE for December 2020

Microsoft has made adjustments to Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SATV):

• from February 1, 2021 - new SATV vouchers are no longer credited
• June 30, 2021 is the last day on which you can create SATV vouchers for existing contracts. After 06/30/2021 you will no longer be able to get vouchers and, accordingly, use the days in the system.
• • November 15, 2021 is the last day to submit SATV vouchers to the Learning Center to pay for Microsoft courses.

Microsoft has called off Software Assurance for its products. Microsoft's voucher training and implementation planning services will end in the next two years.

Termination of the program will take place gradually, in several stages. As early as February 2020, it will become impossible to get Microsoft product implementation planning and deployment services for training. You can create and redeem Software Assurance training vouchers until January 2022. Microsoft Azure training will become unavailable in February 2020. In February 2021, training days will no longer be counted in calculating the number of vouchers. However, the training days accumulated before this deadline can be converted into vouchers until June 30, 2021. All training vouchers should be activated no later than January 1, 2022. After which they will be deleted.
