Course NT-EAM Enterprise Architecture Management

To maximise the potential of modern enterprise architecture management frameworks and models, it is necessary to intelligently integrate and align both established and new enterprise IT architecture frameworks that include both architectural and general approaches. Therefore, the core of the course on Enterprise IT Architecture Management is based on the principles of Open Agile Architecture, TOGAF and aligned with ITIL4, Scrum, SAFe, PMBOK 7th ed., DevOps practices and artefacts for optimal enterprise architecture construction.

Participants will also gain practical experience in modelling with ArchiMate and ARIS Express.

After completing this course, students will be able to:

  • understand the principles of enterprise IT architecture management for planning and implementing IT architecture
  • align classic TOGAF approaches and agile models
  • provide Agile Architecture to support digital transformation
  • understand the importance of architecture when implementing Agile at scale
  • apply best practices and techniques for Agile design at scale
  • use a common language with Enterprise Architects and Agilists

Audience Profile

  • Workers associated with digital transformation at the architectural level.
  • Enterprise architects, IT executives, product managers, business analysts.
  • Project and program managers who are responsible for planning and implementing projects in accordance with architectural requirements and the strategic goals of the enterprise.

Well trains to the Open Agile Architecture™ Practitioner Exam.
