Course NT-MoR Risk management based on the M_o_R framework

Course aligned with M_o_R Foundation certification requirements. The M_o_R framework and the course are optimally balanced between general and IT-specific risks, including creating a common language and strengthening the culture of risk management at different levels of management.

After completing this course, students will be able to:

  • analyze and assess risks at different levels of management.
  • use universal principles of risk management. Understand the terminology and framework M_o_R, ISO31000.
  • apply risk management processes and methods, adapting methods to the specifics of your organization, integrating risk management culture into the organization’s activities.
  • understand the features of specialized risk management techniques in such areas as financial risks, project activities, cybersecurity.
