Course NT-SCRUM Flexible project management based on SCRUM

The purpose of the course is to introduce a “new way of thinking” in project management and abandon outdated ideas about the rules of project management for new business opportunities and advantages. The SCRUM methodology is aimed at improving communication, teamwork and development speed.

If you already have experience in project management, then this course will help systematize your knowledge and fill possible gaps. For beginners, this course will provide an opportunity to master key aspects of the Scrum approach and gain a smooth introduction to Agile.

After completing this course, students will be able to:

  • Understand and apply the principles and values of agile approaches
  • Define and distribute roles in the Scrum methodology
  • Organize and conduct Scrum events (planning, meetings, reviews and retrospectives)
  • Create and manage Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, etc.)
