Course NT-SecT Network security: traffic encryption (IPsec, VPN)

The goal of the course is to prepare students to implement, configure, monitor, and support IPsec VPN network solutions, which include classic LAN-to-LAN IPsec VPN, DMVPN, GET VPN, FlexVPN, and Remote Access IPsec VPN.

The program covers the full spectrum of technologies:

  • classic Site-to-Site (LAN-to-LAN) IPsec VPN
  • scalable DMVPN solutions
  • centralized traffic encryption with GET VPN
  • modern FlexVPN architectures
  • remote access via Remote Access VPN (Cisco AnyConnect)

This course is not about “theory for the sake of theory” – it focuses on how to practically design and build secure networks that are stable, scalable, and reliable.
