Course NT-Of365TP Cloud Office 365. Teams + Planner

This course will teach you how to effectively organize teamwork and manage tasks using Microsoft Planner. You will learn how to create and customize plans, distribute tasks among performers, control their implementation, and use visual tools to analyze the workflow.

We will pay special attention to Office 365 groups, because Planner does not exist separately – it is always tied to a group. When you create a plan in Planner, an Office 365 group is automatically created, which provides:

  • File Sharing (via SharePoint)
  • Team discussions (via Teams or Outlook)
  • Convenient management of participants and their rights

Understanding the role of Office 365 Groups can help you set up Planner correctly, manage access, and integrate it with other Microsoft 365 tools.

After completing this course, students will be able to:

  • Microsoft 365 environment and use it to organize your work
  • Use Microsoft Planner to manage tasks: create plans, set up categories, assign performers and monitor task execution
  • Analyze progress with Board, Chart, and Schedule views
  • Work efficiently in Microsoft Teams: create teams, channels, hold meetings and organize work with documents
