Microsoft is discontinuing the development of Microsoft Project. Its modern successor is Microsoft Planner Premium, which combines the capabilities of the classic Planner with professional project management features inherited from Microsoft Project.

Microsoft Planner Premium for Project Management is a practical course designed for professionals who use modern Microsoft 365 tools for project planning, coordination, and execution control.

The course introduces participants to the advanced capabilities of Microsoft Planner Premium for professional project management, including creating structured project plans, managing task dependencies, allocating resources, controlling project timelines, and tracking progress.

During the training, participants will learn how to use Microsoft Planner Premium to build project schedules, define milestones, manage team workloads, and monitor project execution. Special attention is given to working with the Timeline View (Gantt Chart), Critical Path, Baselines, and Project Portfolios.

A dedicated module covers the use of Microsoft Copilot in Planner for automating project planning, analyzing project information, and generating project reports.
