The course provides project managers with the knowledge and skills to use Microsoft Project Server, an organization's collaborative project management tool.

After completing this course, students will be able to:

  • use Microsoft Project Server for project management;
  • improve the quality of project implementation.

Audience Profile

Project managers, as well as specialists involved in the implementation of projects.

Before attending this course, students must have:

  • mandatory attendance of the course “NT-PM(I). Project management using Microsoft Project” or equivalent knowledge;
  • it is desirable to attend the course “NT-PM101. Project management methodology and business practice specifics” or equivalent knowledge.
  • experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
